K3 — Stacking K3 on KS28 with K3-TILT

Ground-stacking K3 enclosures on top of a KS28 sub stack using K3-TILT and KS28-OUTRIG. Reference: LA-K3-TILT-KS28-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

  • Minimum 2 operators.
  • Stacked K3-TILT + KS28-OUTRIG: safe limit 5 enclosures / maximum 4 K3 + 4 KS28.
  • K3-TILT is for stacked use only — do not use K3-TILT in a flown array.
  • 9 discrete angle positions on the rear arms: 0°, 2.5°, 5°, 7.5°, 10°, 12.5°, 15°, 17.5°, 20°.
  • Refer to your Soundvision model for the maximum number of enclosures in this stack.
  • Stacking KS28 itself is covered by KS28's own documentation and is not detailed here.

The rear sliding arm's holes step from 0° to 20° in 2.5° increments — pick the one your Soundvision model calls for, then pin the sliding arm there.
