FOH & Monitor Engineering
Mixing FOH or monitors for anything from a single-support slot to a multi-day festival rotation. Comfortable on Midas, Yamaha, DiGiCo, SSL, and Neve consoles, over Dante, and with D&B audiotechnik, L-Acoustics, and Dolby Lake systems. I show up with the show file prepped and the patch sorted before soundcheck starts.
System Design & Tuning
Picking the right box count and coverage pattern for a room or site, then tuning it so it actually sounds like that on the day. This grew directly out of the PA Selector and system calculators I built for my own work — the tools and the service are the same discipline.
Corporate & Live Event Production
End-to-end audio production for corporate and brand events — the kind of gig where the audio needs to be invisible and the client needs one point of contact who already thought of the failure modes. Comes with a genuine enterprise sales/marketing background (Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, Optus — sales enablement, campaign strategy, HubSpot/Zapier/Salesforce) to talk budget, scope, and stakeholders fluently, not just gear.

Signal-chain and system troubleshooting under time pressure — the guides and troubleshooting resources I've published came out of doing this on-site, repeatedly, for other people's rigs as well as my own.
