Apps

Tools I've built

On top of the audio work, I build web apps and automation for other engineers and small businesses. Two live examples below.

freerm

Beta testing

freerm ("free RM") is my own back office — bookings, invoicing, a lightweight CRM, and cash-flow forecasting for running a freelance AV business without paying for a bloated SaaS package. It started as a Google Sheets CRM and has been rebuilt on Firebase so it actually holds up under daily use. Right now it's built for how I run my own business — it isn't open to other users yet, but opening it up for other freelancers is on the roadmap.

CRU

In development

CRU started life as RS Audio — a simple venues-and-engineers directory on my old site. It's grown into a full crew booking, rostering, and invoicing platform with real accounts for admins, crew, and clients: booking requests turn into gig offers, crew claim shifts, and invoicing/payouts happen without a spreadsheet in sight. Built with Next.js and Supabase, it's the tool I wanted to exist for coordinating AV crews on real events.
