K3 — Flying an Array with K3-BUMP and K3-BAR
Attaching K3-BUMP and K3-BAR to a prepared block of K3 and raising the array to lock the inter-enclosure angles. Reference: LA-K3-FLY-BUMP-BAR-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.
- Minimum 2 operators.
- Hardware needed: 2× ∅19 mm shackles, WLL 3.25 t.
- Flown K3 with K3-BUMP: safe limit 16 / maximum 24.
- Refer to Soundvision to identify the extension and position of K3-BAR before starting — 68 possible pick-up point combinations exist.
- Prerequisite: preset the inter-enclosure angles and prepare a block of K3 enclosures before starting.
