K3 — Presetting the Inter-Enclosure Angles

Presetting the inter-enclosure splay angles on a prepared K3 block before it is flown. Reference: LA-K3-ANGLE-PRESET-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

8 discrete inter-enclosure angle positions are available: 0.25°, 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 5°, 7.5°, 10°.
The specific angle used depends on your Soundvision-modeled configuration — always model the configuration first.

Presetting the Angle

On both sides, remove the pin from its current angle hole. Position the pin at the chosen angle hole and slide the rigging arm until the pin engages. Press the lock button to lock the inter-enclosure angle.
