K1 — Preparing K1-BUMP

Preparing the K1-BUMP rigging bar inside K-BUMPFLIGHT before it is used to build and fly a K1 array. Reference: LA-K1-BUMP-PREP-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

  • Rigging accessories needed: K1-BUMP, 4× 22 mm shackles WLL 3.25 t, K1-DELTA (optional), K1-BPCHAIN (optional, WLL 3.15 t, required for a climbing-hoist setup).
  • Minimum 2 operators.
  • Systematically ensure each ball-locking pin is fully inserted by pulling on it, throughout.
  • To avoid physical handling, K1-BUMP must be transported and prepared inside K-BUMPFLIGHT.
  • An identification sticker at the front of K1-BUMP identifies front vs. rear.
