K1 — Preparing a Block of Four K1/K1-SB

Building a ground-stacked block of four enclosures on K1-CHARIOT before it is flown. Reference: LA-K1-BLOCK-PREP-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

  • Rigging accessory: K1-CHARIOT.
  • Minimum 2 operators.
  • Follow the same procedure for K1-SB enclosures.
  • K1-CHARIOT/K1-PLA are L-Acoustics K1/K1-SB-only accessories — use with other equipment may cause instability and injury.
  • Do not move or transport more than four K1 or K1-SB on K1-CHARIOT.

A block of four, straight at 0°
K1-CHARIOT

Each junction gets a front (slides) and rear (rotates) rigging arm, pinned to the enclosure above. With every angle set to 0°, the finished block of four sits perfectly straight — any curve gets added later, when angles are preset for flying.
