K1 — Attaching a Block of Four K1 Under a K1 Array

Extending a flown K1 array by attaching another prepared block of four K1 underneath. Reference: LA-K1-ADD-BLOCK-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

  • Rigging accessories: 2× 22 mm shackles WLL 3.25 t, K1-BUMP.
  • Minimum 3 operators.
  • Use available holes on the rigging accessories to implement a secondary safety.
  • Prerequisite: prepare a block of four K1; preset the inter-enclosure angles.

Front pins first, rear swings to close
ARRAY ABOVE NEW BLOCK FRONT — pinned first pull back & lower until corners touch

The front rigging point pins first. The rear stays open until the array is pulled back and lowered — stop the instant both rear corners make contact, then pin the rear arms. Forcing it further stresses the K1-CHARIOT wheels.
