A last word on this: don't over-fit to the model. A two-meter difference between the "best" spot on the chart and where you'd actually stand isn't usually worth fighting for — use reflection modeling to catch the big, obviously-bad cases, then verify for real with a measurement mic on site.

Wall reflection — the mirror point
WALL SOURCE LISTENER direct path mirror point reflection delay = (reflected path − direct path) ÷ 343 m/s

The reflected path is always longer than the direct path, so the reflection always arrives later — the extra distance, divided by the speed of sound, is the delay you calculate against.
