Kara — Platform Stack De-rig

De-rigging a platform-stacked standalone 3-KARA array from the M-BUMP/M-BAR/M-JACK ground platform, including optional angle arm extensions. Reference: LA-KARA-STACK-STD-DERIG-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential de-rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

Removing KARA#3 & KARA#2

Place an empty flight-case at the stacking location and remove the cover. Separate KARA#3 from KARA#2: move KARA#2's 4 top link R-BLP back into their top storage holes. Lift and turn KARA#3's arms upward, then place KARA#3 into the flight-case tray — the tray's inner slopes must incline upward front to rear. Set the angle to 0° on KARA#3 on both sides: remove the rear top angle R-BLP, slide the angle arm to 0°, and secure with an R-BLP in the 0° angle hole. Separate KARA#2 from KARA#1 by repeating the KARA#3/KARA#2 separation method. Lift and turn KARA#2's arms upward, connect KARA#2 to KARA#3 facing front, then move KARA#2's 4 bottom storage R-BLP into the bottom yellow link holes. Set angles to 0° on KARA#2 by repeating the KARA#3 angle-setting method.

Removing KARA#1

Separate KARA#1 from the M-BUMP: remove both front R-BLP from the M-BUMP, then depending on configuration remove either both rear R-BLP from the M-BUMP or both T-BLP from the angle arm extensions. Attach KARA#1 to KARA#2 by repeating the KARA#2-to-KARA#3 connection method. Set the KARA#1-3 array for transport on both sides of KARA#1: remove the front top link R-BLP, slide the front arm up, rotate it down, and re-secure with an R-BLP; remove the rear top angle R-BLP, slide the angle arm to its storage position, and secure with an R-BLP; then replace the flight-case cover.

Pack-down

(Optional) Return both angle arm extensions to their storage position on the M-BUMP: for each, remove the rear R-BLP, remove the angle arm extension, reinsert the R-BLP into the M-BUMP hole, then place the extension horizontally into its storage location and secure with a T-BLP. Remove both M-BAR/M-JACK assemblies from the M-BUMP: for each, remove both T-BLP from the M-BAR studs, lift the corresponding side of the M-BUMP, remove the M-BAR, and reinsert both T-BLP into their storage holes. Remove both M-JACK from each M-BAR: for each, remove the safety pin and bolt, fix them to a shackle, then remove the M-JACK from the M-BAR.
