K2 — Ground Stacking K2-CHARIOT / K2-JACK

Building a ground-stacked K2 block on the K2-CHARIOT dolly and stabilizing it with K2-JACK outriggers. Reference: LA-K2-STACK-CHARIOT-01. Follow in order — this is a sequential rigging procedure, not an independent checklist; steps depend on the ones before them.

Safety notes
  • Ground-stacked K2 on K2-CHARIOT/K2-JACK: safe limit 4 enclosures / max limit 6 enclosures.
  • After setup, always verify no yellow labels are visible on the front or either side of the array — a visible yellow label means a latch is not engaged.
  • Changing the K2-CHARIOT rear rigging arm position requires a minimum of two operators — tipping hazard once the arms are unpinned.
  • When adjusting site angle, never loosen or adjust the front and back stabilizers at the same time — tipping hazard.

K2-JACK bars must clear the wheel stops
AVOID bars overlap wheel stops CORRECT bars clear of wheel stops

The little squares are the wheel-stop corners K2-CHARIOT relies on to stack cleanly in storage. Route the K2-JACK bars so they land clear of those corners, not across them.
