Preparing the Block

Attach K2 on K2-CHARIOT by fully rotating the rear rigging arms of K2-CHARIOT and attaching a first K2. Position K2 on the K2-CHARIOT dolly. Secure the enclosure at the front using the LINK hole. Lift the rear of the enclosure and rotate the dolly's rear rigging arm to its upward position. Secure the enclosure using the LINK hole. Position another K2 on the first one — keep holding it by the handles until the front rigging arm is secured. While holding the handle, rotate the front rigging arm and secure it with both LINK pins. Slide the rear rigging arm and secure it with both pins, in the LINK and 10° holes. Make sure the automatic locking system button is unloaded — if pressed, pull to disengage the latch. Repeat the K2-CHARIOT attachment, positioning, and securing steps above until the block of four is complete.

Presetting Angles

On both sides, remove the pin from its current angle hole. Position the pin at the chosen angle hole and slide the rigging arm until the pin goes in (the angle hole to choose depends on your Soundvision model). Press the lock button to lock the inter-enclosure angle.

Stabilizing the Chariot

Remove the two K2-JACK from the K2-CHARIOT: remove the stabilizers from each bar, then remove the bar from the K2-CHARIOT. Attach the K2-JACK to the K2-CHARIOT: insert the K2-JACK studs through the K2-CHARIOT, then raise and turn the K2-JACK handles to secure the locking system (dust from the threaded rod on first use is normal, not a malfunction). Prepare the K2-JACK stabilizers by rotating the threaded rod counter-clockwise so the central part of the stabilizer is closest to the base. Attach the stabilizers to the bar: insert the feet in the guides at both ends of the bar, pivot the feet so they contact the bar, then lock them in position with a quarter-turn of the locking system — the K2-JACK stabilizers must not overlap the wheel stops, to preserve K2-CHARIOT's ability to stack efficiently in storage. Rotate the feet clockwise to raise the K2-CHARIOT off the ground — stop raising as soon as the wheels get off the ground.

Extending & Locking the Stack

If needed, add one or two more K2 enclosures to the stack, following the same block-preparation method used above. If additional enclosures were added, preset their inter-enclosure angles using the same method used above. Push the topmost enclosure forward until all automatic locks are in place, and verify no yellow label is visible.

Optional: Repositioning the Rear Rigging Arm

If necessary, change the position of the K2-CHARIOT rear rigging arm: with a minimum of two operators, remove the rear rigging arm pin on both sides. Push the enclosures to free both arms — tipping hazard, hold the enclosures on both sides once the rear rigging arms are unpinned. Use your foot to move the rear rigging arms up or down. Guide the enclosures back onto the arms. Pin the arms.

Optional: Fine-Tuning Site Angle

If necessary, fine-tune the site angle of the stack: verify the wheels are as close as possible to the ground without touching it. Loosen one stabilizer bolt and tighten the other depending on the target site angle — tighten by hand only. Adjust the site angle using the front screw jacks for a positive site angle or the back screw jacks for a negative site angle — tipping hazard, adjust either the front or the back stabilizer, never both. Tighten the front or back bolts depending on the site angle — hand-tight only.
