Frame & Load Beam Setup

Attach the load beam to the aiming plate and front pick using three hoist connector chains. Slide the load beam onto the flying frame and lock it in standard orientation.

Building the Array

Set the splay angle between the flying frame and the first cabinet to 0°. Insert one angle pin per cabinet into the rear rigging strand (using the Black holes for Tension Mode) according to the ArrayCalc splay list. Lift the array slightly until all splay links have engaged their pins, and immediately insert the safety pins. Release the splay link of the lowest cabinet, flip it up, and remove the two front links to detach the touring cart. Lift the array to make room for the next set of cabinets, extend the front links, and connect the suspended array to the new cart. Set the splay angles for the new cabinets. Lift each cabinet individually to safely engage its splay link, locking it immediately with the safety pin. Hide the splay link of the absolute bottom cabinet (for aesthetic reasons) if desired, and detach the touring cart. Perform a final cross-check of all safety pins across the entire array before flying to trim height.
