Two motors, two jobs
PRIMARY MOTOR SECONDARY MOTOR LOAD BEAM CABINETS COMPRESSION FRAME

The primary motor just holds the array's weight at the load beam. A separate, secondary motor pulls up on the compression frame at the bottom — running it until the chain stops squeezes every cabinet to its preset fly angle automatically.
