In-Show Notes (capture as they happen)

Console/outboard settings worth remembering — anything you'll want to recall for a repeat booking or a similar room. Complaints or requests as they come in, timestamped roughly against the set if you can — patterns matter more than any single comment. Anything that broke, glitched, or needed a workaround mid-show — even if you fixed it cleanly enough that nobody noticed.

Performer Debrief Prompts

How did the monitor mix feel — anything they wanted more/less of that didn't get addressed in time? Any moments they couldn't hear themselves, hear each other, or hear a cue clearly? Anything about the stage setup, wedge placement, or IEM handling they'd want changed next time?

Team Debrief Prompts

What went wrong, and — more usefully — why? A symptom without a cause doesn't prevent a repeat. What's the corrective action, and who owns it before the next show — a gear fix, a checklist change, a different setup order? Anything trending across multiple shows, not just tonight — a recurring buzz, a connector that keeps failing, a step that keeps getting skipped under time pressure?
